The date printed on the pouch is “Best Before”, not an "Expiration Date”. The "Best Before" is a quality indicator not a product safety. The "Best Before" date guarantees the product's specific properties to be valid up to this point. Once the date has passed, the product may lose its freshness, taste, aroma, or nutrients. But it does not necessarily mean that the food is no longer safe to eat. To decide whether the food is still edible, one should rely on their senses (sight, smell, and taste). The product should not be consumed if you find that the package has changed, the flavour has been compromised, odour and appearance are odd. Once a sealed product is exposed to air, it is prone to contamination. Thus, the "Best Before" date no longer applies to it. 

Spring Gels are easy to open! Use the notch located at the top to tear the pouch across the opening as illustrated here.

Spring is not a certified Kosher, however all ingredients used to manufacture Spring are 100% natural. 

All Spring products are made with real food. We take pride in carefully selecting our suppliers who provide highest quality ingredients.

Spring is made with natural ingredients, without any preservatives. Alternative products made with maltodextrin, sugars and artificial ingredients do not behave like real food. Chemicals do not expire easily. Real food does.

Deliveries to regional areas may experience extended deliver times. Please note these are estimated delivery times. We will do our best to get your order to you so you can enjoy them as soon as possible, but we cannot guarantee delivery times.

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery if there are any issues with your order. We will make every effort to resolve them promptly.

Once your order has been shipped you’ll receive a notification with a tracking number. Please check this tracking number for an update on when your order is due to be delivered.  

We ask that you please inspect the parcel at time of receipt. Should any damage have occurred in transit please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your goods and provided with photo evidence for verification.

You will be issued a return address of where to send your goods, and they must be received back within (14) fourteen days of the purchase date, in the condition they originally arrived in, to be eligible for either a replacement or a full refund of the purchase price less freight costs.

Please note that every effort is taken to ensure that your order is packed as safely as possible – but damage may occur from time to time.

The discount code will be automatically applied to your Cart accordingly.

4. Copy provided URL and share with a friend (your discount code will be automatically emailed to you once your friend uses the code to make a purchase)

Returns & Refunds

Once the product is opened, we do not refund the purchase price if you simply change your mind.

We ask that you please inspect the parcel at time of receipt. Should any damage have occurred in transit please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your goods and provided with photo evidence for verification.
