We ask that you please inspect the parcel at time of receipt. Should any damage have occurred in transit please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your goods and provided with photo evidence for verification.

You will be issued a return address of where to send your goods, and they must be received back within (14) fourteen days of the purchase date, in the condition they originally arrived in, to be eligible for either a replacement or a full refund of the purchase price less freight costs.

We offer standard air from $16.95 and express international from $36.95 to New Zealand. Orders are processed and dispatched within 48-72 hours (business days only) of being received, and arrive approximately 2 - 7 working days from dispatch, and in same cases 15+ working days depending on the address location.
